Good News: IWN’s recent comment drive to “Save Our Sports: Protect Single Sex Athletic Opportunities” successfully drove over 15,100 comments and has resulted in the Biden Administration’s decision to delay their final ruling until October. The Title IX Rewrite Finalization was due out in May and as of Friday, May 26th, the Department of Education announced the delay due to the overwhelming comments from last year and this year on the proposed rules.
