Stand with New Hampshire Women and Girls

Words like ‘female,’ ‘male,’ ‘man,’ and ‘woman’ are used thousands of times in state and federal law. Politicians and activists are redefining these words and separating them from biology and their true meaning. We need to define terms like ‘woman’ in order to prevent sex discrimination and preserve women’s rights, safety, and opportunities.

When these sex-based words don’t have uniform, biological definitions, women pay the price.

New Hampshire bills HB1217, HB1299, HB1442, HB1447, and HB1564 simply reaffirm a common-sense principle: women and girls should not be forced to give up their privacy to men in female spaces. These bills provide clear, enforceable protections for single-sex facilities and sports while respecting the rights of all New Hampshire residents.

Show Governor Ayotte your support for this legislation that helps protect female opportunities, sports, and private spaces. Demonstrate your support for leaders who are pro-woman, protect biological reality, and will fight for policies that prevent sex discrimination and preserve women’s rights, safety, and opportunities!

New Hampshirites must:

Say yes to saving women’s sports;

Say yes to fighting for women’s rights, spaces, and opportunities;

Say yes to commonsense and pro-woman policies

Say yes to defining sex-based words…

Opponents of these bills have been extremely vocal. Now it’s time to SHOW YOUR SUPPORT! Please contact Governor Ayotte today expressing your support for HB1217, HB1299, HB1442, HB1447, and HB1564.

Raise awareness of the importance of this legislation by downloading these shareable graphics (available HERE). Spread the word and share with your social networks through op-eds, letters to the editors, emails, social media posts, and personal conversations.
