On October 7th, New Mexico Voices Las Cruces Chapter Leader Erica Ramirez and Co-Leader Gloria Palacios hosted Independent Women Visiting Fellow Dr. Chloe Carmichael, Ph.D., for a discussion on the connection between free speech and mental health, as well as her new book, Can I Say That? Why Free Speech Matters And How To Use It Fearlessly. They had an amazing turnout that left attendees feeling inspired and equipped to lead within their communities.
