Independent Women Urges House to Pass ‘Big, Beautiful Bill’: Let’s Move Forward Together
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Independent Women issued the following statement on behalf of its grassroots Network urging members of the House of Representatives to swiftly pass President Trump’s once-in-a-generation “Big, Beautiful Bill” that advances the rule of law, restores fiscal sanity and common-sense social safety-net reforms, and upholds the foundational principles that make our nation strong. Independent Women’s Network, the national grassroots community activist arm of Independent Women’s Voice, is powered by more than 60,000 members and 35 chapters nationwide.
Julie Gunlock, the director of Independent Women’s Network, said:
“We need to move forward as a country, toward, as President Trump so aptly put it, peace, prosperity and success. The Big, Beautiful Bill gets us there through much needed tax cuts, a safe and secure border, and a plan for enormous economic growth. But there’s so much more in this bill. The Network’s 60,000+ members are thrilled to see that the bill extends education freedom and opportunity for students in K-12 public and private schools. President Trump understands the needs of students and the dreams parents have for their children. Pass this bill! Let’s move forward together for the good of all Americans.”
A letter signed by numerous Network chapter leaders from across the country in support of the “Big, Beautiful Bill” was sent to House leadership today.
Ahead of a final vote on the “Big, Beautiful Bill” in the House of Representatives, Independent Women’s Network is actively engaging with constituents across the country and encouraging them to contact their elected representatives in support of the bill.
