Stand with New Hampshire Women and Girls

New Hampshire has the opportunity to stand clearly and courageously for women and girls.

SB 552 and HB 1442 are common-sense, pro-woman bills that help protect privacy, safety, fairness, and equal opportunities by recognizing the importance of biological sex in law and policy. SB 552 and HB 1442 protect female spaces and opportunities.

New Hampshire bills SB 552 and HB 1442 simply reaffirm a common-sense principle: women and girls should not be forced to give up their privacy to men in female spaces. These bills provide clear, enforceable protections for women and girls while respecting the rights of all New Hampshire residents.

Now is the time to speak up. Urge Governor Ayotte to sign SB 552 and HB 1442 into law and stand with New Hampshire women and girls. Demonstrate your support for leaders who will fight to protect women’s rights, safety, and opportunities in the Granite State.

New Hampshirites must:

Say yes to saving women’s sports;

Say yes to fighting for women’s rights, spaces, and opportunities;

Say yes to commonsense and pro-woman policies

Say yes to defining sex-based words…

Opponents of these bills have been extremely vocal. Now it’s time to SHOW YOUR SUPPORT! Please contact Governor Ayotte today expressing your support for SB 552 and HB1442.

Raise awareness of the importance of this legislation by downloading these shareable graphics (available HERE). Spread the word and share with your social networks through op-eds, letters to the editors, emails, social media posts, and personal conversations.

Suggested Copy: New Hampshire should preserve women’s rights, safety, and opportunities. I urge Governor Ayotte to implement pro-woman, protect biological reality policies, and fight to prevent sex discrimination. SB 552 and HB1442 needs to be signed into law.  #StandWithNHWomen
