On Tuesday, January 21, 2025 Independent Women’s Arizona Chapter Members gathered to celebrate President Trump’s sex-definition executive order, and in preparation for providing testimony to the AZ House Government Committee on HB2062, The Arizona Sex-Based Terms Act.
Samantha Keddington, Chandler, AZ Chapter Chair and Founder of the WorldWide Disc Golf Organization, proudly affirmed her commitment to protecting the hard-earned rights of Arizona women. “I am proud to be a part of Independent Women and protect the rights Arizona women have worked so hard to achieve. We are just getting started! We will not back down in the fight to preserve our freedoms and protections.”
The signing of President Trump’s day-one executive order provides needed clarity to sex-based words like ‘woman’, ‘man’, ‘female’ and ‘male,’ preserving the legal existence of women as distinct from men. Independent Women is the architect of model legislation to define sex-based terms in law and code in order to stop bureaucrats and elitists on the federal and state level from redefining language to fit a false narrative and erase women.
