On Saturday, March 1, 2025, Phoenix, AZ Chapter Leader and Independent Women’s Network National Chapter Director Christy Narsi spoke at the Gun Owners of America’s Arizona Freedom Festival. The festival brought Second Amendment supporters, gun rights activists and public safety activists together to celebrate the right to bear arms and protect Arizona’s open carry laws.
Christy educated the large crowd on a woman’s right to defend herself and the importance of School Resource Officers.
During the speech, Christy declared, “In the great state of Arizona, you can raise your daughter to gain the advantage the right way and the smart way so she can defend herself and those she loves. No woman, young or old, should ever have to beg her government for permission to defend herself or those she cares for.”
