Senator McCormick voted YES to preserving women’s sports and keeping men out of women’s sports.
The Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act strengthens Title IX sex-based protections by explicitly prohibiting males from participating in school athletic programs that are designated for women. It aligns with the 79% of Americans across the country who believe men should not compete in women’s sports.
